Job Description

We seek an experienced Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience.

Sales and Business Development

  • Prospecting: Identifying potential clients through various channels like networking, cold calling, social media, and email marketing.
  • Pitching: Developing persuasive presentations and proposals to showcase the agency’s capabilities and solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with clients to ensure profitability.
  • Sales Forecasting: Setting sales targets and tracking progress to measure performance.

Client Relationship Management

  • Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Client Retention: Identifying client needs and ensuring their satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Promoting additional services or products to existing clients to increase revenue.

Marketing and Branding

  • Market Research: Analyzing market trends and identifying target audiences.
  • Brand Awareness: Contributing to the agency’s branding and marketing efforts.
  • Sales Collateral: Developing sales materials like brochures, case studies, and presentations.

Team Collaboration

  • Internal Communication: Collaborating with the development team, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Sales Team Coordination: Working with other sales team members to share best practices and achieve common goals.


Educational & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in cold calling
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage numerous projects concurrently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
  • Have to be a tech-savvy person.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Anticipate problems, identify causes, and find timely resolutions

Salary: 30,000 Taka to 45,000 taka, depending on your experience.
